MOLA has come a long way. This Uruguayan media—which began as a magazine and is now deployed in different formats in the digital medium—has been dedicated for more than 10 years to selecting and sharing the best expressions of fashion, art, and gastronomy from Punta del Este, Montevideo, Carmelo, and more recently, Buenos Aires.
At Nómade, we had the challenge of redesigning the brand’s identity and graphic system. Our work focused on building an identity covered with contemporary editorial design trends, where the ease of layout and the flexibility to adapt to multiple formats set the standard.
Thus, MOLA managed to unfold its content in multiple media, where photographic prominence and typographic subtlety formed the pillars to give continuity to a design system focused on sufficiency and stripping.
