GFA is one of the most important real estate developers in Mexico that focus its positioning on exclusive markets. In this project, we joined GFA’s marketing team to capture and translate the essence of “The Landmark Tijuana”, the first mixed-use complex developed in the city of Tijuana, consisting of residential towers, a shopping centre and a hotel.
Our focus was to identify the project’s USP to present it in the market. Also, we aimed to ensure continuity with the concept of ‘The Landmark’ of previous developments already built in other cities in Mexico under the same brand name, and, at the same time, builiding a restyling of the original identity to give back in favour of the communication of the project. We show you some visuals of our proposal, raised on the concepts resort living and nature.
