The renowned architecture studio Obra Prima developed the concept for “La Carolina del Mar”, a private neighbourhood that integrates residences and a club house located in the forest, between the lagoon and the ocean in Manantiales, Uruguay.
As for the brand identity we imagined for the project, we chose to go for a highly semantic approach to art that, without detracting from the project’s prestige, would provide the narrative with an atmosphere typical of small European coastal towns. This reference seeks for the project to awaken an emotional memory for its future buyers, who in many cases are foreigners or locals who are very used to travelling. La Carolina del Mar stands, then, as a sophisticated seaside town that integrates the best of the Uruguayan eastern geography.
