Océano is a real estate development in Punta del Este located in front of the sea, with constructive traits that pay tribute to the ocean. The rhythm of the sea, reflected in the design of its façade, is a way of bringing forward the uniqueness and sophistication of this building, which proposes an architecture where landscape, art, and interior design merge.
This project has one more singularity: it consists of only 19 apartments that guarantee quietness and exclusivity in equal parts.
To develop the visual identity of the project, we followed the building’s concepts to ensure we were 100% aligned. At the same time, with the promise “Live by the ocean,” we developed the content and structured the narrative on their website to strengthen commercial activity, which was complemented by a social media strategy to promote awareness of the project.
