India Brava is an exclusive seaside residential project located just steps from the ocean in the heart of Rincón del Indio, considered one of the most sought-after neighborhoods on Punta del Este’s east coast. It has recently become a permanent residence for many people who no longer choose it solely as a summer resort.
Promising a perfect balance between modern design and a tranquil natural setting, this project stands out for its contemporary architecture and its focus on privacy and comfort. India Brava was conceived to connect with buyers seeking a lifestyle that combines luxury, comfort, and a connection with nature. It was designed by the prestigious architectural firm Dujovne Hirsch and is composed of three low-rise blocks where concrete, glass, and wood dominate, integrating amenities conceived as elegant interventions distributed throughout the grounds.
Our goal was to develop and express the brand character within the competitive landscape. From the creation of its name-“India Brava”- to the visual imagery and brand expressions co-created with the client, this project unfolds a boutique-style universe, representing moments of relaxation, activity, and enjoyment in the encounter with oneself, loved ones, and the majestic natural surroundings.
