We conceptualized and developed the brand identity and media plan for this iconic Citrea Group development, positioning it as a luxury real estate gem in Manantiales, Uruguay.

We worked on defining the unique value of 21S, a Citrea Group development strategically located in Punta Carretas, one of Montevideo’s most exclusive neighborhoods.
Beyond highlighting its prime location, we focused on crafting and expressing a brand identity tailored to professionals, young couples, and singles looking to elevate their lifestyle with spacious, bright, fully equipped, and accessible units designed for an active urban rhythm.
Every graphic element and message was designed to reflect the comfort and optimism that investing in a 21S unit could bring to its future residents.

Wave Brava is a boutique residential building located at Parada 6 on Playa Brava, Punta del Este.
Its prime location just meters from the ocean and an extensive list of amenities and services tailored to young, active individuals were the key aspects we highlighted in its visual identity and brand promise, ensuring the successful sale of its units.
The tower’s unique architecture, combined with its ocean wave-inspired design, finds its strongest expression in the Wave Brava brand identity—a graphic symbol that embodies its aspirational essence, supported by a 360° communication strategy.

Pueblo Coyote
Pueblo Coyote is a private residential community located in Manantiales, Punta del Este, on a five-hectare estate where the best of countryside and coastal living merge into a one-of-a-kind lifestyle.
The project offers turnkey homes, with the option to choose from designs by different architects—all adhering to a harmonious aesthetic and material selection that ensures Pueblo Coyote maintains its unique identity while respecting its natural surroundings.
Nature, tranquility, architectural uniqueness, and urban planning were the core concepts we brought to life in the brand identity strategy. Through a strong and cohesive visual presence, we developed a range of materials aimed at engaging future residents and investors.
